1. Payment & Refunds
The first 28 days of your membership are a free trial. If you do not cancel within these 28 days, your membership of
$19.97/mo. will be billed on day 29 and every 28 days thereafter until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by 
canceling your membership within your profile information or calling our customer support number at (828)490-1121 
or support@enlita.com.You can cancel your membership for a full refund in the first 28 days.

If for any reason you are not happy with your membership or have a billing issue please contact Enlita first.

 2. Eligible Users
ENLITA is available only to individuals 18 years of age and older, and to individuals who can form legally 
binding contracts under applicable law. By using ENLITA, you represent and warrant that you meet these criteria.

3. Individual Use
You are only authorized to use this site for your own individual use, and may not duplicate, download, publish,
modify or otherwise distribute any material on ENLITA for any purpose other than for your own individual use, 
unless otherwise specifically authorized by ENLITA. You agree not to transfer or resell your use of or access to 
your program to any third party.

next billing period, if applicable; Be responsible for all charges made by you to ENLITA for the use of your 
account, including unauthorized use prior to your notifying  ENLITA of such use, and taking steps to prevent 
its further occurrence by changing your password. Any disputed charges must be made within 60 days contacting
us; Update your personal information, including email address and current credit card information. 
Members must provide a valid email address.

6. Warranty Disclaimer
Access to and use of the services is at your own risk. The services are provided on an 'as is' and 
'as available' basis. ENLITA does not warrant that the site or any of its services will be uninterrupted
or error-free, including temporary site unavailability or short term server crashes. If you experience
ongoing technical problems, please contact us.

7. Waiver, release and limitation of liability
You agree that neither ENLITA, nor its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents,
consultants or information providers or suppliers, shall have any liability to you under any theory of
liability or indemnity in connection with your use of ENLITA. You hereby release and forever waive any 
and all claims you may have against ENLITA, its officers, directors, employees, agents, consultants, 
information providers or suppliers for losses or damages you sustain in connection with your use of ENLITA.
The total liability of ENLITA and its officers, directors, employees, agents, consultants, information 
providers and suppliers, if any, for losses or damages shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the
particular information or service provided. All other damages, direct or indirect, special, incidental,
consequential or punitive arising from any use of the information or other parts of ENLITA are hereby
excluded even if ENLITA or its officers, directors, employees, agents, consultants, information providers
or suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Void where prohibited by law.
