Dear Readers, Some of you may be offended by my frank analysis of some of these diets but I feel I would be doing you a disservice if I did not share with you my honest medical opinions after years of study and clinical practice. The fact is most of the popular diets are based more on fiction than the truth. Very few of these diets can help you attain permanent slimness. But as you will read, there are a few gems out there which do provide great information although even these fall short in certain areas of my scorecard.
