If you are dissatisfied in any way, return your purchase within 3 months of the purchase date.
For opened items that are returned, we provide store credit + a $5 bonus.
For new items in resellable condition we will refund your credit card.
1. All products can be returned for any reason within 90 days of purchase. If there are multiple quantities of the same product, only one of those products may be returned opened. For example, if you order 10 bottles of Probiotics, you may return one opened bottle and nine unopened bottles for a refund.
2. There are no refunds on shipping.
3. All returns require a return authorization number (RAN) and a copy of your invoice included in the box. To get an RAN you can e-mail customer support at support@enlita.com or by calling (828) 398-0338. There will be a 15% restocking fee plus cost of shipping for returns without an RAN.
4. We recommend that you ship returns in a way that can be tracked as we are not responsible for packages that we do not receive (USPS Delivery confirmation, UPS, Fed Ex etc.). Please also include your product invoice, a note detailing how we can credit your account and the reason for your return, to the following address:

Reward Points: Reward points are equal to 1% of your purchases as a thank you for buying from us. Your reward points can be redeemed at anytime. There are no refunds on reward points if used on an item that was returned. Coaching sessions are not eligible for reward points.
