Neova Cookware

What do you think of Neova cookware? My pots need replacing and I was thinking about purchasing them. They are expensive but look like they will last a long time. They are sold by the same people who sell the Vitamix blender.

I've never had the opportunity to personally use Neova cookware, but the theory behind their cookware of using lower temperatures and less water is appealing. Also, stainless steel surfaces are one of the safest to cook with compared to other materials.
Has anyone cooked with this brand that would like to share their experience?
