Rough Start

I have had a rough start with Enlita! I am hoping someone can give me a boost here! I signed up sometime in December (I cannot find on the site exactly when I enrolled) intending to familiarize myself with the program, order and stock up on what's needed, and then begin the program on January 14th.
My first week:

I encountered some printing issues, which I have been given a work around for, for printing out the weekly menus and shopping lists and some navigational issues, which brought me to error pages. Tech response was a long wait, but once I did get a response I felt like my issue was being addressed.
I ordered several products, and when they didn't arrive after 2 weeks, I called and was told that one of the items was out of stock and so my whole order was delayed. I don't think I would have been told this if I hadn't called. I ordered these on November 27 or there abouts and I have *still* not received all of my items.
Second and Third week:
Tried navigating through the site again, reading all that I could to see if this program is something that I want to spend my $$$ on. What I sensed was that the program, or perhaps just what is represented on the site, is still being put together. I am still not certain if this program is ready for me. I know I am ready, just not confident in the program yet.
Currently:
I still have not decided if Enlita is for me. The philosophies and information all agree with my own beliefs, but I know I am going to need help and support. Is it going to be there and available when I need it?

Gosh, this whole post sounds whiny, which is so unlike me, but I was just so skeptical of this new program to being with, only to encounter hiccups from the get go once I decided to take the plunge.

Help! I still plan on actually starting the program on January 14th, but I want to do so without all the uncertainties. Any input??

Rough Start

Dr. Abramson,
Thank you for your reply and words of encouragement. Hopefully, all glitches were just flukes (or have been fixed) and all will go well when I begin the program.

Cheers,
Dawn

needing a "boost"

Hello,
