You can return any item for a refund or exchange/store credit (your choice) in the first 60 days after your order is placed.

If you choose exchange/store credit instead of a refund within 60 days of ordering, you get free shipping to receive the replacement products.

1. If there are multiple quantities of the same product, only one of those products may be returned opened. For example, if you order 3 bottles of Probiotics, you may return one opened bottle and 2 unopened bottles for a refund.

2. There are no refunds on shipping and handling.  Expedited shipping costs cannot be refunded if due to weather conditions or other Acts of God covered in UPS terms of service.

3. We recommend that you ship returns in a way that can be tracked as we are not responsible for packages that we do not receive (USPS Delivery confirmation, UPS, Fed Ex etc.).

4. All returns require a return authorization number (RAN) included in the box. To get an RAN you can e-mail customer support at
enlitacs(at)gmail(dot)com or by calling (828) 490-1121. There will be a 15% restocking fee plus cost of shipping for returns without an RAN.
